Mobilleo Christmas & New Year Opening Hours 2020
Below are details regarding Mobilleo’s opening hours and procedures during the Christmas and new year period.
These procedures include important times and dates for reserving and off-hiring rental vehicles during the holidays.
To enable us to service your business during this time, please can we request that any travel requirements are placed in advance wherever possible.
As a reminder, there will be no OOH (Out of Hours) service during this period. The last day for OOH service will be on Tuesday 22nd December, and will resume on Monday 4th January.
Mobilleo will be open at the following times during the festive period.

DAILY RENTAL VEHICLES
Terminations, off hire times and reservations over Christmas
To enable us to service your business during the busy festive period, please can we request that you place reservations, and manage extensions / off-hires wherever possible in advance of Monday 21st December. It is strongly recommended, that you book your requirements for this period as soon as possible.
Any termination requests for vehicles requiring collection must be submitted by 10:00 on Monday 21st December. We will only accept off hire requests for vehicles requiring collection up to 10:00 on Thursday 24th December.
For any collection requests received after these dates and times the vehicle will not be collected and will remain on rent and charged until Tuesday 29th December at 12:00.
New Year Collections / Off hires
Any termination requests for vehicles requiring collection must be submitted by 10:00 on Wednesday 30th December. We will only accept off hire requests for vehicles requiring collection up to 10:00 on Thursday 31st December.
For any collection requests received after these dates and times the vehicle will not be collected and will remain on rent and charged until 12:00 on Monday 4th January (Tuesday 5th January for Scotland).
Christmas New Reservations / Deliveries
Deliveries will commence from 12:00 on Tuesday 29th December (subject to availability). Hires required to start earlier than this will be charged from Christmas Eve.
New Year New Reservations / Deliveries
Deliveries / collections will commence from 12:00 on Monday 4th January (subject to availability). Hires required to start earlier than this will be charged from New Year’s Eve.
